Refund policy

All Ocean Glow Lighting pieces are handcrafted from natural shells. Each shell is unique and may carry small natural markings, variations in colour, or minor imperfections — these are photographed and reflected in our product listings, and are part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives with major damage or a fault, please photograph the item and email us at oceanglow.lighting@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess and respond with one of the following resolutions: repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and faults. Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

General Care Shells are delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight for extended periods, and rough handling.
