Ocean Glow Lighting ~ Shipping Policy
All Ocean Glow Lighting orders are shipped within Australia only. Due to international regulations governing the trade of certain shell species (CITES), we are unable to ship overseas.
Processing Time Orders are carefully packed by hand and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Shipping We ship all orders via Australia Post, one of Australia's most trusted and reliable delivery services.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $11.00 AUD
- Express shipping: $15.00 AUD
Delivery & Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia.
Packaging Each piece is individually wrapped and packed with care to ensure it arrives safely. If your order is damaged in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy.
